Cancellation
If a cancellation request is received 24 hours before departure, passengers will be entitled to a refund. If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of departure, passengers will not be entitled to a refund. CTM will consider applications for refunds on a case by case basis if there are extenuating circumstances.

Refunds
Where a passenger is not allocated to a seat and there is a subsequent flight from their destination for which spaces are available, the passenger will be booked onto the subsequent flight. If the cost for the subsequent flight is lower, the passenger will be entitled to a refund for the difference in cost. Refunds will be assessed by our team and processed within 14 days of flight departure or within 14 days of cancellation recieved by our team.
