For The Day

What is Included

The conference will be fully hosted by Partners Life. This includes:

  • Return flights and airport transfers for those traveling outside of Auckland
  • One night of accommodation including buffet breakfast
  • One-day conference
  • One unforgettable evening - a fun and colourful networking event

All other costs such as parking, meals at leisure, laundry/dry cleaning, in-room dining, and bar charges are at your own expense.

Weather 

Auckland during May often means moderate temperatures with average highs around 17-18°C. Nights are usually cooler during this period with lows of about 11-12°C. 

Dress code 

The daytime dress code for the conference is smart casual, but in the evening, feel free to cut loose and be as vibrant as you like with bright bold festive colours. Don't be shy. We want everyone to be outstanding by standing out. 

What should I pack? 

Given the variable weather in Auckland, it's a good idea to pack a range of weather-appropriate clothing. Layering is a good approach for cooler times, especially in the evenings. Packing a mix of durable items like shorts, jeans, and t-shirts, along with a jacket or windbreaker, is a wise choice in case you plan to spend time outdoors. Don't forget to bring smart footwear or comfortable flat shoes for your comfort.

Flight transfers 

Upon arrival at the Auckland Domestic Airport, follow the signs to claim your luggage, and make your way to the arrivals hall. Please look for the Event Travel Management (ETM) representative with Partners Life signage who will direct you to your coach transfer. If you are arriving outside of the conference date of Friday 24th May, please make your own arrangements to transfer to the hotel.

Return Transfers 

There will be coaches departing to the Auckland Domestic Airport from the hotel lobby on Saturday 25th May.
